Day 1

Our Cambodian adventure begins at Bayon on a tuk-tuk, where carved stone faces and ancient stories come to life with your local guide. Ride through jungle trails beneath towering silk and fig trees, ending at a monastery that stands as a powerful reminder of Cambodia’s recent history.

After lunch and time to relax, explore the iconic Angkor Wat with your guide before gathering for sunset cocktails and a Khmer dinner in town.

Day 2

Begin at Ta Prohm, the iconic “jungle temple” where ancient stone and towering tree roots intertwine. Then ride through the Angkor complex and along the vast West Baray reservoir, a remarkable 11th-century feat of engineering, with the option to return by bike or tuk-tuk.

This afternoon, choose between a countryside ride, a temple visit or time to unwind. Tonight, gather for a special dinner near West Baray.

Day 3

Start early with a guided walk along the ancient walls of Angkor Thom to Preah Khan, then fly to Ho Chi Minh City. On arrival, dive into local life with your first bowl of phở and a city exploration, including Cholon’s vibrant Chinatown.

This evening, unwind with rooftop views before dinner at one of the city’s top restaurants.

Day 4

Fly to Hue, where you’ll meet your Vietnamese team and set out on your first ride through rice fields and quiet village roads. After lunch, settle into your hotel before gathering for cocktails and stories of Vietnam’s rich history.

This evening, explore the Hue Citadel before dinner, featuring the region’s refined imperial cuisine.

Day 5

Ride through rice paddies and riverside paths to the historic Thien Mu Pagoda, then enjoy lunch aboard a private boat on the Perfume River en route to the mausoleum of Emperor Minh Mang. After visiting the tomb, choose to ride back via the unique Khai Dinh mausoleum or return to relax at the hotel.

Tonight, enjoy a private dinner at the home of a B&R friend for an intimate glimpse into Vietnam’s imperial heritage.

Day 6

Travel by car beneath the spectacular Hai Van Pass—one of the most beautiful coastal roads in the world. Those who prefer to pedal over the mountain pass, challenge accepted. Ride a scenic trail along rice paddies and lagoons then enjoy lunch at a waterfront resort. This evening we'll have a special private dinner at the home of one of Hoi An's most famous local chefs and owner of several of the town's best restaurants.

Day 7

Start the day with an optional ride from the hotel over Cua Dai Bridge for views of the Thu Bon River and Cham Islands, then cycle through countryside villages, meeting locals and artisans. Arrive in Hoi An for lunch, followed by a guided walk through the ancient town’s Japanese Bridge, temples, shops, and historic houses, with the afternoon free to browse tailor shops or relax before dinner at leisure.

Day 8

Start the day with an optional visit to Hoi An’s lively seafood market and enjoy a local pho breakfast. Later, cycle from the hotel through rice fields, villages, and Thanh Ha pottery village, where traditional crafts endure.

Finish with a riverside cooking class and lunch, then spend the afternoon exploring, riding, or relaxing. In the evening, gather for a celebratory final dinner.

Cambodia and Vietnam rise early—so our explorations will also begin in the early mornings. At the end of the day, we’ll enjoy dinner at 6:30-7PM.

It’s recommended for women to cover their shoulders when visiting temples in Siem Reap. Please pack accordingly.
