Offices that inspire your next adventure

Toronto
Our North American head quarters are located in Toronto, Canada. Our office sits right on the waterfront, full of light and open space. This state-of-the-art sustainable building houses a free gym, workout classes, bike storage, co-working floors and a rooftop patio. It’s designed for collaboration, quiet focus, and everything in between. And yes, there’s very good coffee.

Beaune
Our European headquarters are nestled in Beaune, the wine capital of Burgundy, where B&R has had roots for more than 40 years. Surrounded by vineyards, historic villages, markets, and some of the world’s great wines, Beaune offers a close-knit working environment shaped by local relationships, regional expertise, and everyday connection to the place.

Arezzo
Our Arezzo office is located in the heart of Tuscany, where B&R has been part of the community for over 25 years. Set among Renaissance towns and rolling hills, it has a warm, energetic feel that reflects the region around it. Our Arezzo team brings together creativity, collaboration, and a little friendly competition around the foosball table.
Our Values

Passion & Creativity
Every member of our team has a passion for their craft and a level of creativity required to deliver the type of experiences we do. These principles apply to our trip planning, on-the-ground research, guiding, marketing, operations—to all that we do.

Community & Connection
From our guides to our office teams, our independent contractors (region managers) to our travellers, our suppliers and the people we meet on the road, everyone connected to a B&R trip is part of our community. Within this group, we celebrate diversity as an accurate representation of our travellers and the trip experiences we offer.

Growth & Innovation
We only made it this far by reiterating our processes and developing our product. We are always seeking new ways to travel that stay in line with our values. Evolution is what makes us a healthy, viable and ever-growing business.

Integrity & Trust
We slow down to get it right, aiming to do the right thing in everything we do. We only service where we can provide value and are transparent in our actions.

We support our people with resources, flexibility & opportunities
We recognize that our shared success is built by the people behind it, and we take a thoughtful, consistent approach to acknowledging the impact our team members make every day.
That commitment includes industry-leading salaries, an RRSP matching program, referral bonuses, comprehensive health benefits, and access to employee assistance and wellness supports. We also encourage a healthy and connected work environment through lunch-hour yoga, bike rides, regular learning sessions, and the flexibility to work remotely when needed.
Our culture extends beyond the office. With giving back at the heart of who we are, we support our team in contributing to charitable organizations during and outside of office hours. Wherever our people are based, we want every team member to feel connected to B&R, proud of their contribution, and part of our collective success.
We care about the places we explore and the communities within them
Sustainability and community aren’t side projects here, they’re part of how we think and how we operate every day. From supporting local partners around the world to designing trips with a lighter footprint, we’re always looking for ways to do better.
Through our Slow Fund, we support grassroots organizations in the communities we travel to, focusing on environmental stewardship, cultural preservation, and social impact.
Closer to home, we make space for our team to give back too. Employees receive paid volunteer days each year, and many of our team events - from charity rides to community fundraisers - are rooted in contributing to something bigger than ourselves.
