Day 1

Settle into the heart of Montevideo at Hotel Montevideo, our home for the next three nights. In the evening, we'll toast our arrival with a welcome cocktail to kick off our Uruguayan adventure.

Day 2

Discover Montevideo’s rich history on a guided walk through the Old Town, capped with lunch at the lively port market. Later, step into the world of Candombe drumming with a private visit to a local legend’s studio, before ending the day with a rooftop dinner overlooking the city.

Day 3

Ride along Montevideo’s scenic rambla to a seaside lunch in El Pinar, then explore Uruguay’s vibrant contemporary art scene. End the day in the warm company of winemaker Manuel Filgueira, tasting his boutique wines before sharing dinner with his family.

Day 4

Hike the scenic foothills of Cerro de las Ánimas, spotting native wildlife along the way, then taste and learn about Uruguay’s artisanal olive oil at Olivos de las Ánimas. This evening, we'll arrive in José Ignacio in time to watch the sunset.

Day 5

Cycle along the Atlantic coast to the inspiring Casapueblo museum, then we'll continue to the Atchugarry Foundation. Enjoy exclusive access to sculptures and the contemporary art museum, followed by a gourmet picnic. The day ends with drinks and dinner at an iconic beachside restaurant.

Day 6

This morning, we'll bike through lagoons, trails, and wetlands to the Garzón Lagoon Reserve, spotting wildlife along the way. Pause for a seaside lunch at El Chiringuito by Francis Mallmann then cap the day with a fire lit feast at Marismo, one of Uruguay’s hidden gems.

Day 7

We're off on a hike through rolling hills and vineyards that rival Tuscany, ending with a local tasting. After lunch at Garzón Winery, settle into the town’s finest hotels before savouring a candlelit dinner by renowned chef Lucía Soria.

Please note that in Garzón, our final stop, our group will be divided between two neighbouring hotels—Casa Anna and Hotel Garzón. To accommodate our group size, we’ve reserved both hotels exclusively for our group, and both provide the same level of comfort, luxury and care.

Day 8

Enjoy a morning walk and yoga session before an unforgettable day with Francis Mallmann, who brings his iconic “7 Fires” to life at his countryside retreat. Cap off this once-in-a-lifetime experience with a surprise farewell Carnival rehearsal in the gardens of Casa Anna.
