Day 1

Our journey begins in the charming Tyrolean city of Bolzano where we’ll hop on our E-bikes and begin pedalling through the Adige Valley and along the Adige River. After a delicious lunch in historic Gasthaus, we’ll continue riding to Schloss Freudenstein for a fabulous welcome dinner in a 13th c castle.

Day 2

Set off on two wheels cycling around the Caldaro wine region, eventually reaching a prestigious wine producer. Enjoy lunch overlooking the vine-covered slopes that descend to the lake, then pedal to nearby Caldaro. This evening, we’ll dine at a nearby residence designed in the Middle Ages.

Day 3

Cycle to Bolzano's cable car and ascend 1,000 m (3,280 ft) to a hilltop village, riding through picturesque hamlets with sweeping panoramic views of the Isarco Valley and Dolomite peaks. After lunch, we’ll catch a final gondola ride to the high alpine meadows of the Alpe di Siusi and a warm welcome leading to dinner surrounded by this idyllic Unesco-designated landscape.

Day 4

Our day begins with a chairlift ride from the hamlet Saltria into the high alpine, followed by a scenic hike along a ridge with breathtaking views of the Fassa and Duron valleys. After lunch at a local mountain cabin, return to the Alpina Dolomites to relax and enjoy a fabulous dinner.

9 km (6 mi.) ridge hike to the Duron Pass (3-hours) | Elevation ascent: 200 m (656 ft.) 

7 km (4 mi.) afternoon hike back to Compatsch | Elevation descent: 195 m (640 ft.)

Day 5

Today, you’ll have the choice between another bike ride or a hike. Either way, we’ll be promised spectacular views of lush meadows, mountain peaks and charming towns. This evening, we’ll head to a mountain cabin set in the heart of the pastures for a delicious farm-to-table final night celebration.

42 km (26 mi.) loop ride across the Alpe di Siusi to Val Gardena and return via Mt Seuc gondola | Elevation ascent: 1,525 m (5,003 ft.)

Enjoy a final breakfast at the Alpina Dolomites before returning to Bolzano for your onward travels. Arrivederci.
