No two trips are ever the same, but this will give you a taste of what your journey will be like.

Day 1

Begin the day with a serene drive to Fie Lake, followed by a picturesque hike around the lake and through forest trails beneath the Sciliar massif. Enjoy lunch at a cozy mountain hut in the heart of Europe’s largest alpine meadow, the Alpe di Siusi. Enjoy a relaxing swim at the Alpina Dolomites, topped off with an aperitivo and dinner in the evening.

7 km (4 mi.) morning warm-up hike | Elevation ascent: 102 m (335 ft.), Elevation descent: 144 m (473 ft.)

Day 2

Our day begins with a chairlift ride from the hamlet Saltria into the high alpine, followed by a scenic hike along a ridge with breathtaking views of the Fassa and Duron valleys. After lunch at a local mountain cabin, return to the Alpina Dolomites to relax and enjoy a fabulous dinner.

Activity:

9 km (6 mi.) ridge hike to the Duron Pass (3-hours) | Elevation ascent: 200 m (656 ft.) 

7 km (4 mi.) afternoon hike back to Compatsch | Elevation descent: 195 m (640 ft.)

Day 3

Today offers two unforgettable hiking options: a scenic loop with sweeping views of valley towns and tales of mythical “witches’ benches,” or a challenging trek to historic mountain huts with breathtaking ridge trails and dramatic landscapes. Tonight, enjoy a magical dinner in the alpine meadow with a specially curated menu, live music, and a delightful surprise.

9 km (6 mi.) challenging morning hike | Elevation ascent: 620 m (2,035 ft.) 

13 km (8 mi.) afternoon challenging hike (3-3.5 hours) | Elevation descent: 590 m (1,935 ft.)

Day 4

Journey through two distinct Dolomite regions, from the verdant Alpe di Siusi to the breathtaking views of the Gardena Valley and Sella Massif, with a stop for lunch at a beloved rifugio. In the afternoon, choose to extend your hike through rolling pastures or head back to the hotel, where you’ll relax in a charming valley surrounded by stunning peaks and rich cultural heritage.

12 km (7 mi.) morning hike around Sassolungo peak, using chairlift and gondolas for the biggest ascents | Total elevation: 235 m (770 ft.)

Day 5

Our final hike takes us toward the majestic Sella Mountain group, where we’ll enjoy serene forest paths, breathtaking waterfalls, and a delicious mid-morning treat at Col Alt. Relish a gourmet lunch with stunning mountain views, and cap off the day with a festive farm dinner, celebrating the best of Dolomite cuisine and culture.

5 km (3 mi.) walk from Hotel Cappella to Corvara via Pisciadu Falls 

5 km (3 mi.) hike from Col Alt across Pralongia Meadow 

4 km (2 mi.) hike from Piz Sorega to San Cassiano

Day 6

Rise early today for a vigorous hike or savour a final cappuccino on the breakfast terrace before bidding farewell as we set off for Bolzano for your onward travels.
