Day 1

Our first ride begins in the Côte de Nuits, where we'll cycle along the northern route until we reach the famous village of Vougeot. We’ll pause for a picnic lunch in a hidden location then continue pedalling to the medieval city of Beaune. This evening, we'll be joined by a local expert for our first wine tasting.

24 km (15 mi.) ride from Moulin de Vougeot to Hotel de Beaune | Elevation gain: 189 m (620 ft.)

Day 2

Cycle past vineyards and forest roads to the villages of Meursault, Volnay and Pommard. After wandering through Beaune for lunch, you can embark on a longer ride before we regroup this evening to sample wines from the barrels at the prestigious Domaine du Comte Armand in Pommard.

Day 3

Pedal into the countryside, passing charming Burgundian villages before feasting on regional specialties while discovering the exceptional wines of a passionate young micro-négociant. This evening, a local guide will accompany us through the Hospices de Beaune, the city’s iconic medieval hospital.

Day 4

Today we head south into the Côte Chalonnaise, meandering along the quiet country to a wine tasting at a private château. This afternoon, choose to relax at the hotel pool or continue pedalling around the Maranges. This evening, discover the art of barrel coopering over cocktails through a fascinating hands-on workshop led by our friend Daniel.

Day 5

Set out on a loop ride along the Canal du Centre, pausing at a local winery to taste some of Southern Burgundy’s finest wines. A lovely picnic will be served before we set off on our final ride in Bourgogne. This evening, indulge in a final farm-to-table dinner overlooking the gardens of Domaine de Rymska.

Day 6

After a final breakfast, your driver will bring you to the Le Creusot-Montceau TGV train station on time for ongoing travels. Au revoir.
