Day 1
Welcome to Ubud, Bali. A driver will be waiting at the airport for your arrival. You’ll then be driven to our first hotel, the Mandapa- A Ritz Carlton Reserve.
Day 2
A scenic ride takes us from Petang’s forest-lined roads down into rice paddies and villages. After passing through the Sangeh Monkey Forest and finishing near a temple by the paddies, enjoy a relaxed lunch before returning to the hotel for some rest or spa time. Tonight, we'll dine at one of our favourite local restaurants.

Day 3
Ride beneath Mount Batur, passing crater lakes, rice paddies, and temples with a mix of climbs and descents on e-bikes. After lunch among Bentuyung’s rice fields, end the day with a heartfelt home-hosted dinner at our friend Dewa’s, where family traditions and Balinese flavours come to life.

Day 4
We’re off to East Bali today, home of the show-stopping rice terraces Bali is famous for. Pause for lunch at a small cafe before reaching Amankila. Spend the afternoon enjoying the gorgeous property before we regroup for dinner.

Day 5
Our ride begins with a few downhills, bringing us through villages and rice paddies on small, quiet roads. Notice the lush vegetation that lines the road and as we pedal, the farmers tending to their crops. Tonight, we'll enjoy dinner on the beach.

Day 6
If you’d like, embark on an early morning hike before we head to South Bali. Pedal to the interior and through rural farmlands, eventually reaching the village of Kastala. We’ll pass through traditional Balinese village life, witnessing the delicate rattan weaving process. Later, we'll be driven to Seminyak.

Day 7
Catch a quick flight to Komodo Island, home of the famed dragons and giant manta rays, where our floating hotel will be waiting for our arrival. Sail to Komodo National Park, where we’ll spend time snorkelling, diving and enjoying the water. Later, we’ll head to the pink beaches for sunset canapés and cocktails.
Day 8
Guided by rangers, we’ll walk through the forest and jungle on an early morning trek in search of the dragons. Back on the boat, we’ll sail to Padar Island for incredible snorkelling and diving, and lunch on White Beach. Tonight, we’ll toast to our magical week together and dine on board.

Day 9
After one final breakfast on board, we say farewell and you’ll be driven to the airport, or your next hotel, for onward travel.

We'll indulge in a variety of incredible food on this trip. Be aware that peanuts are commonly used in Thai dishes.
Terrain
Bali offers diverse terrain which can include some steep hills, long downhills and mountainous roads. We recommend familiarity with biking in these conditions.
Water activities
There are opportunities to snorkel, scuba dive and swim on this trip. Please note that you must be certified in order to scuba dive.
