Day 1

Start your day with a scenic drive to Follina, where your local guide will be waiting to welcome you. Hike through the Prosecco Hills to a picturesque neighbouring town, stopping for lunch along the way. If you’d like, continue your walk to visit Castel Brando. This evening, head into town or dine at one of your hotel’s restaurants.

Day 2

Challenge yourself today on a hike along forest and vineyard roads, travelling from Follina to Collagu. Pause for lunch at a rustic restaurant, savouring local delights while sipping on the finest wines. Then, you’re off to conquer the most challenging part of your hike, where breathtaking views await. Tour a historic Prosecco wine farm before dining in a castle for dinner.

Day 3

This morning you’ll drive to Asolo-a town long celebrated for its natural beauty-passing lush vineyards, rolling hills adorned with cypress trees and charming country lanes along the way. Enjoy a gourmet lunch delivered right to you from Luisa, then spend the rest of the day exploring Asolo.

Day 4

While the rest of Italy is still sleeping, you’ll embark on a hike up Mount Grappa, catching the sunrise from the best vantage point. Once you’ve made it to the top, indulge in a breakfast of fresh pastries and local treats before setting off to explore the storied landscapes. Settle in for a realxing afternoon back to the hotel.

Day 5

Embark on your first walk in the village of Valrovina, stopping for coffee and a taste of exceptional focaccia at a local bakery. Take in the pretty views at Silan’s Waterfall, then continue to a local agriturismo to indulge in authentic local flavours for lunch. Back at the hotel, relax at the hotel spa before you’re whisked off for a final celebration dinner that offers the most spectacular view of town.
