We've spent decades uncovering Burgundy's best bike routes—so you don't have to. Roll through the region's legendary vineyards at your own pace, sipping Grand Cru gems in Côte de Nuits, uncovering Beaune’s history alongside our savvy local friend, and coasting into the Côte Chalonnaise, home to some of Burgundy’s best-kept secrets (but keep that between us).

Set your own pace on two wheels, pedalling along the idyllic forest and vineyard roads that make Burgundy so special.

Our roots in Burgundy run deep. You’ll meet our local friends we’ve met over the last fifty years, who welcome us with open arms and special access.

Experience the best of Burgundy with an expert-led tasting at one of our favourite cellars in town and a historic walk through the cobblestone streets of Beaune with our local friend.
Preview the itinerary
No two trips are ever the same, but this will give you a taste of what your journey will be like.
Day 1
Your biking explorations begin in the Côte de Nuits and the northern half of the Côte d’Or, Burgundy’s finest wine track and home to many of the famous Grand Cru vintages. Wind along quiet vineyard roads, stopping for lunch in one of the quiet villages along the way. This evening, meet our local wine expert at your hotel who will share their deep knowledge of Burgundian wines.
Activity:
29 km (18 mi.) Morey-Saint-Denis flat loop via Noiron | Elevation gain: 201 m (659 ft.)
Optional ride | 49 km (30 mi.) | Elevation gain: 667 m (2,188 ft.)
Day 2
Spend the next two days pedalling through Beaune, a beautifully preserved medieval town. Your ride today hugs the Côte de Beaune, with a longer option heading up into the hills. This afternoon, meet our local friend for a historical walk through the cobbled streets, culminating at the Hospices whose cloister and tiled roof are Burgundian icons.
Activity:
27 km (17 mi.) ride from Morey-Saint-Denis to Beaune via Nuits-Saint-Georges | Elevation gain: 170 m (558 ft.)
Optional ride | 45 km (28 mi.) | Elevation gain: 511 m (1,677 ft.)
Day 3
Choose one of three loop rides today, including a Century Ride, that brings you through the vineyards and wine villages south of Beaune. This evening, enjoy a private, expert-led wine tasting in a traditional cellar in the town centre.
Activity:
44 km (27 mi.) Beaune loop via St Aubin | Elevation gain: 885 m (2,903 ft.)
Optional ride | 92 km (57 mi.) | Elevation gain: 1,102 m (3,615 ft.)
Day 4
You’ll depart the famous wine region today and head into the hidden gem, the Côte Chalonnaise. After lunch in Montrachets, continue your ride along the Canal du Centre, pedalling right to your hotel. Enjoy the property’s beautiful grounds and if you’d like, embark on another bike loop before dinner. Tonight, we recommend enjoying your hotel’s farm-to-table cuisine.
Activity:
38 km (24 mi.) Beaune to Domaine de Rymska via the Montrachets | Elevation gain: 346 m (1,135 ft.)
Optional ride | 55 km (34 mi.) | Elevation gain: 543 m (1,913 ft.)
Day 5
Continue your exploration of the Côte Chalonnaise, heading south into the famous villages of Bouzeron and Rully. Pedal through beautiful and scenic villages, following the flow of rolling hills that offer stunning views of this “hidden” Burgundy. Celebrate your final night with a fabulous à la carte meal at your hotel's restaurant, on us.
Activity:
37 km (22 mi.) Domaine de Rymska loop via Aluze short | Elevation gain: 567 m (1,860 ft.)
