Day 3
After a traditional longtail boat ride, we’re off on two wheels to explore Bangkok’s Green Lung. Cycle along small canals, fruit orchards and small villages, surrounded by the Chao Phraya River. Later, we’re off on a walk through Bangkok’s old town and will dine in the heart of the flower market.

Catch a quick flight to Chiang Mai in Thailand’s northern region. On our Vespas, we’ll explore the quieter lanes and historic streets. Indulge in Khao Soy—a regional specialty—for lunch, then we'll head back to the hotel for a relaxing afternoon. Tonight, we’ll head to the Gallery for dinner.
Day 5
Ride along small quiet roads, through small towns and markets, eventually reaching Sri Lanna National Park. Here, we’ll take a small boat ride to lunch surrounded by mountains and forests. This afternoon, relax at the spa or head into town for some shopping. Tonight, we’ll visit our old friend and Burmese San chef who will prepare a home-cooked meal for us.

Day 6
Pedal into the forested areas of the Chiang Mai countryside and cycle the rolling hills surrounded by lush jungle. We’ll eventually reach our friend’s teak home for lunch, then we’re off to the hotel for the afternoon to beat the heat. Tonight, we’ll dine at the hotel’s fabulous restaurant.

Day 7
Our scenic hike begins in the jungles of Chiang Mai, where we’ll hike through forests with century-old trees and through picturesque villages, learning about the local community. Good to know

Money
ATMs and moneychangers are easy to find in Thailand. There is no need to convert cash before your arrival.

Pre and Post Trip
This trip explores the vibrancy of Bangkok on the first two days of the trip. Unless there are spots or events you want to explore on your own, there’s likely no need to add additional nights in Bangkok as we will explore together.

Cultural customs
Thailand’s monarchy, royal family and Buddhism are deeply revered by the Thai people and strict customs are observed in relation to them. It is important to show respect when observing statues, temples and depictions.
Why choose a Small Group trip?

An Effortless Journey
Our expert Experience Designers are perfectionists, using first-hand knowledge of routes, restaurants and hotels to create an unforgettable experience. This means all the planning is taken care of for you. All you need to do is enjoy.

Active Exploration
From emerging destinations to iconic sights, B&R trips show you the world in a new way on our expertly developed cycling, walking and hiking routes. Friends for Life
Your fellow travellers are as passionate and curious about the world as you are, which means the conversations and laughs will be as free flowing as your drink of choice. Don't be surprised if your group starts planning a reunion before the trip is done.

Room for Surprises
We love a plan, but we adore a spontaneous moment even more. Whether it’s an impromptu al fresco meal or a moon-lit musical performance, our advice is to expect the unexpected.
