Day 1

Welcome to Slovenia. Our first ride brings us out of Ljubljana's city centre, through charming valleys and hills, reaching our friend’s farm for a traditional Slovenian lunch. This evening, we’ll head to Ljubljana Castle for dinner prepared by a Michelin-star chef.

Day 2

Pedal through tiny alpine villages, pausing for a coffee in the perfect Lake Bled. Then, we’re off to the Julian Alps, riding up the side of the mountain to reach our lunch. Prepared by one of Slovenia’s culinary legends, we’ll enjoy an incredible meal and sip some of the best bottles from our host’s cellar.

Day 3

We’re off to Karst today, where we’ll meet our friend and local truffle hunter. With the help of his dogs, we’ll forage truffles for our lunch, then enjoy a picnic on his farm. Then, we’re back on our bikes and pedalling through the rolling countryside to our next hotel. Enjoy a fabulous dinner at the hotel.

Day 4

Set off on two wheels from the hotel, passing isolated towns surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. Later, our evening begins with a wine tasting at one of our favourite wineries before we venture down the road for a cooking class. After learning how to make traditional pasta, we’ll savour our creations for dinner.

Day 5

Today’s ride takes us past small villages and towns, eventually reaching Rovinj, one of the most beautiful towns in Croatia. Spend time exploring the charming old town on your own and stop for dinner at one of its many fabulous restaurants.

Day 6

Our ride begins in Istria’s interior, where we’ll pedal until we reach a cheese farm for lunch and a tasting. Then, we’ll explore Pula, a charming city renowned for its abundance of ancient Roman structures. For our final night, we’ll enjoy local traditions and row to a hidden cellar along the external walls of Rovinj for a wonderful celebration.
