Day 1

Welcome to Mexico. After making your way to the Escondido Oaxaca, we’ll head out on a tour of the city centre and the Templo de Santo Domingo. Tonight, enjoy an immersive cooking demonstration and private dinner.

Day 2

Cycle along the quiet country roads of Oaxacan mezcal country to Tlacolula Market, one of the oldest markets in Mesoamerica. Enjoy a guided tour with our local expert before stopping for a fresh, local lunch. Tonight, we’ll dine at one of our favourite restaurants.

Day 3

Venture into the Sierra Norte Mountains for breakfast in a local home, followed by a guided hike through Zapotec villages and dramatic landscapes. Then, we'll visit a family-run textile workshop before you're free to explore for dinner on your own.

Day 4

Explore the ancient hilltop ruins of Monte Albán in the soft morning light, then ride down through lush valleys to a hacienda lunch accompanied by live folk music. Then, we're off on our private jet, where we'll be whisked down to the coast for the next three nights.

Day 5

Today, we'll walk along a winding river on a forested footpath, pausing to soak in natural thermal pools before savouring a light lunch. This afternoon, we'll tour a Japanese-designed foundation and artist residency before a fabulous fusion dinner.

Day 6

We're back on our bikes today, following quiet country roads that wind through valleys, rivers, and small villages. Pause for a picnic brunch at a riverside beach before taking the rest of the afternoon to relax. Tonight, we'll enjoy one final dinner on the beach.
