We use premium hotels that are unique expressions of the region. Often they’ve had a previous life as a monastery or a castle, but in every case they offer an exceptionally comfortable stay.
These are stylish 4-star properties that offer a casual and comfortable stay. Often without a 24-hour concierge or room service, they tend to be smaller family-run hotels that are perfect for the region.

Day by Day
Our Cambodian adventure begins at the temples of Bayon, where we explore the park on two wheels amid a jungle of silk cotton and fig trees. This afternoon is devoted to the magnificent Angkor Wat.
We head out to the Roluos Group of Temples and jump on our bikes for a fantastic countryside ride. At Angkor Park, we meet with an archeologist and discover areas of the site seldom seen by tourists.
This morning we fly to Vietnam. Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, our Vespa drivers will be waiting to join us with a sea of motorbikes as we embark on a fun-filled scavenger hunt of the city.
Following breakfast at the hotel, we say farewell to Ho Chi Minh City and head to the stunning land of Can Tho, where we'll ride along the Mekong canals and past local farmers who mostly grow dragon fruit.
Catch the local fishermen and plantation farmers trade their catches and crops at the Cai Rang floating markets on the Hau River. From the market, we set out to discover the back alley paved roads by bike.
This morning we fly north to Da Nang. Our bikes await for a ride through the countryside before we head to the exciting town of Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Tonight, we'll taste Vietnam’s best fusion cuisine.
Pedal past fish farms, water buffalo and ancestral tombs to a Vietnamese cooking class led by our local host. Tonight is yours to explore the culinary delights of Hoi An’s charming, lantern-lit streets.
Stroll through Hoi An's morning market, taking in the sights and smells of the bustling street vendors. This afternoon, we'll lend a helping hand at a local herb and organic vegetable garden.
We travel by car beneath the spectacular ‘Pass of the Clouds’—those who prefer to pedal over the mountain pass can take on the challenge. Enjoy downtime at our next hotel, and be sure not to miss the spa!
We lunch aboard a private boat as we cruise down the Perfume River to the tomb of Minh Ming. This evening, our friends Mr. and Mrs. Vinh invite us over for a traditional homemade dinner.
We will drive you either 20 minutes to the Hue Airport, or 2.5 hours to the Danang Airport for your departing flight. Safe travels!
Unbeatable landscapes await.

Although we have travelled with other luxury tour operators, our experience with B&R was exceptional. My husband and I think that, regardless of their similar itineraries, something about B&R’s company culture puts it a cut above the rest.— Paulina and Pascal Ladreyt
Our experience was absolutely incredible and the whole trip was a perfect balance of culture and variety. The guides constantly went above and beyond to make our experience more memorable. We are already planning our B&R trip for next year and will tell all our friends about our amazing experience.— Kristin Hagedorn & Drew Doggett
