Day by Day
Your Cambodian adventure begins at the temples of Bayon, explore the park by bike amid a jungle of silk, cotton and fig trees. This afternoon is devoted to the magnificent Angkor Wat.
Visit the jungle temple of Ta Prohm then take a bucolic ride to the Roluos Group of Temples. Return to the hotel to lounge poolside before dinner and a unique live performance hosted by locals.
After an exclusive visit with an archeologist, fly to Vietnam. Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, experience the city highlights like a local as your motorbike driver expertly navigates you through a sea of traffic.
Say farewell to Ho Chi Minh City and head to the stunning land of Can Tho to pedal along the tranquil Mekong canals. Unwind in the peaceful atmosphere before dinner overlooking the river.
Embark on a morning boat cruise to see locals trade their catches and crops at the Cai Rang floating markets on Hau River. From the market, pedal past bucolic farm villages then enjoy the afternoon at leisure.
Catch a morning flight to Da Nang where a ride through the countryside awaits. Explore the fascinating town of Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Tonight, our friend hosts a memorable culinary experience.
Bike through the rural landscape to a local pottery village where you can learn from masters of the craft. At lunch, stop in for a cooking class by the river then tour ancient city highlights on foot.
Pedal south to explore deeper into the marshlands and farming fields with views of Thu Bon River. Visit a local garden and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere at sunset before an exclusive dinner at a private residence.
Travel by car beneath the spectacular ‘Pass of the Clouds’—those who prefer to pedal over the mountain pass can take on the challenge. Ride on along lagoon trails before exploring the 'Forbidden City'.
Take a loop ride through the rice fields before lunch aboard a private boat drifting down the Perfume River to the tomb of Minh Ming. Tonight our friends (relatives of the Nguyen Dynasty) host a special final dinner.
After a final glance at the peaceful landscape, we'll drive you either 20 minutes to the Hue Airport, or 2.5 hours to the Danang Airport for your departing flight. Safe travels!
Unbeatable landscapes await.
Jaya House River Park, Siem Reap
An irresistible package of sustainability, luxury and style, this boutique hotel engages fully in the natural and cultural life of Siem Reap: they have planted 849 trees around their location on the Siem Reap River and have eliminated 95% of their plastic waste. Intriguing art and garden displays in the beautiful grounds add to the fresh, dynamic feel. The high number of return visitors at this hotel shows that their commitment to sustainability, environmental and otherwise, has been a wise choice. If you’d rather spend a day at the hotel, the stunning pools and spa (one free hour of treatment per day!) invite you to relax and refresh in an oasis of tranquillity.
Hotel Des Arts Saigon Mgallery Collection, Ho Chi Minh City
Embark with MGallery on a journey back in time to French colonial Vietnam. With feminine lines standing in striking contrast to the neighbouring office, the building is a modern work of art unto itself. Each room showcases chic, modern Indochinese design. This magnificent hotel is complete with a rooftop poor bar, spa, fitness centre, garden and terrace.
Azerai Can Tho, Can Tho City
Accessible only by boat, this stylish and contemporary hotel is hidden away on a verdant islet on the Hau River. The rooms are constructed using local materials so they blend in seamlessly with the tropical islet setting. The property boasts an infinity pool, tennis courts, a gym and Pilates studio, as well as a yoga and meditation centre to keep you feeling your best throughout your stay.
The Pilgrimage Village, Hue
Located just outside of the city of Hue, this family-run resort is one of our favourites for its welcoming atmosphere and staff, Though the rooms are simple, they're comfortable, personal and stylish. Choose from a variety of lodging styles, from multi-bedroom villas to individual suites. Relax at the mirrored pool amid thatched umbrellas or head into the UNESCO World Heritage town of Hue, resplendent with its ‘forbidden city’ of old and rich in royal traditions.
Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, Hoi An
This stunning villa resort is located on the pristine Hoi An beach. Set amid lush landscaping and unobstructed ocean views, each room occupies its own section of landscaped gardens, and boasts views of the East Sea and nearby Cham Islands. The serene spa, rated among the worlds best, gourmet cuisine and abundant recreational pursuits including an 18-hole golf course is just a sample of what the Nam Hai offers.
Although we have travelled with other luxury tour operators, our experience with B&R was exceptional. My husband and I think that, regardless of their similar itineraries, something about B&R’s company culture puts it a cut above the rest.— Paulina and Pascal Ladreyt
Our experience was absolutely incredible and the whole trip was a perfect balance of culture and variety. The guides constantly went above and beyond to make our experience more memorable. We are already planning our B&R trip for next year and will tell all our friends about our amazing experience.— Kristin Hagedorn & Drew Doggett
The daily distances for bike rides range from 20 to 50 km (12 to 31 mi.); some days offer longer/shorter option rides. The terrain is moderate on the first two days and then easygoing for the rest of the trip.
