Carbon Neutral Trip
Slowing down to see the world isn’t just a slogan—it’s a strategy. In Alentejo, it gets you private invites to vineyards, olive groves, tile studios, and one very charming farm-to-table estate. Pedal past cork trees, explore Évora’s Gothic gems, sail the coast by catamaran, and toast with passionate locals who keep Portugal’s culture beautifully, deliciously alive.

Day by Day
No two trips are ever the same, but this will give you a taste of what your journey will be like.
Day 1
Our ride begins deep in Alentejo, eventually slowing down near the castle of Alter do Chão to enjoy a delicious local lunch. Continue riding to our first historic hotel, a 14th c. converted landmark tower. This evening, we’ll tour the property’s winery and sit down for a fabulous welcome dinner.

Day 3
This morning’s ride takes us west toward Evora, where we’ll dive into Portugal’s famous cork industry. Following a magical event over cocktails, spend the evening exploring Evora’s many dining options.
