Day by Day
No two trips are ever the same, but this will give you a taste of what your journey will be like.
Day 1
Go back in time as you explore Nizwa and the red city of Al Hamra to witness centuries-old trade traditions. Settle into a picnic lunch beneath the date trees of a UNESCO-protected plantation.
Day 2
Journey to Oman's highest point, Wadi Nakhr. Trek along canyon walls following a donkey-trodden path to the extraordinary village of As Sab. Sip a ritual cup of tea in the mountains and visit the UNESCO Bahla Fort, a fortified oasis settlement from the medieval Islamic period.
Day 3
Hike through Jebel Akhdar (Green Mountain) to observe abundant plantations sprouting in high-mountain villages. Then picnic on the edge of a canyon, just a stone’s throw away from where Princess Diana once enjoyed a private picnic.
Day 4
Walk an old shepherd route to an ancient dam and cool off en route with a dip in a mountain creek. Sit down to a picnic lunch complete with some local entertainment.
Day 5
Trade mountains for the desert and slumber beneath the stars in the Wahiba Sands. Visit our local Bedouin friends and enjoy the sunset on camelback before dinner around the campfire.
Day 6
Explore the mountain oasis of Wadi Shab and plunge in the natural pools. Bundle up in Muscat and set sail on a dreamy sunset Dhow boat cruise to celebrate your final night.
Day 7
After breakfast at the hotel, you'll be driven to the Muscat airport for your onward travels. Salaam!
