Oaxaca is Mexico's tastiest secret—mezcal trails, ancient ruins, and molé worth crossing borders for. Pedal past giant cypress trees, hike Zapotec mountain villages, and weave between vibrant markets and hidden canyons. With boutique stays, distillery visits, and locals who turn every encounter into a fiesta, this adventure serves up Mexico’s soul—with extra salsa.

Dive into Oaxaca's rich culinary heritage with a cooking demonstration, market visits, mezcal tastings and intimate meals that celebrate traditional flavours and local ingredients.

Explore the picturesque landscapes of the Oaxaca by bike and foot, from agave fields to ancient ruins, archeological sites and a petrified waterfall.

Engage with master artisans and our local friends in the surrounding valleys—textile weavers, mezcal distillers and local Zapotec guides—who bring Oaxaca’s vibrant culture to life.
