Day 1

Get acquainted with Tbilisi on a stroll through the city—your knowledgeable guide will bring the sites to life. A brief introduction to Georgia's local wines gives you a taste of what's to come.

Day 2

Explore two of Georgia's most revered historical sites before our friend hosts you at their boutique winery. Venture into Georgia’s Greater Caucasus Mountains to wander a charming town.

Day 3

Traverse past abandon villages and a sparkling lake in the gorgeous Truso Valley. Then visit a 14th c. church where soaring views overlook the valley and imposing Mount Kazbegi. This evening a local friend hosts you at their house for an intimate culinary and cultural experience.

Day 4

Hike among peaceful meadows and ancient villages before arriving in Georgia's prominent wine region. Visit the park and museum of the 19th c. noble family of Chavchavadze, who pioneered the bottled wine industry in Georgia.

Day 5

Among the mystical Tusheti mountains, hike into the lush forest and discover historic ruins. Then lunch at a local winery with views of the stunning Alaverdi Monastery. This evening, our talented local friend will show you his craft of Qvevri making, a skill that few still practice.

Day 6

Enjoy a relaxing morning before visiting a couple of must-see villages and the lovely St. Nino Monastery. We have a special evening planned as a surprise finale to celebrate your adventure.

Day 7

A private driver will take you to the Tbilisi International Airport for your onward travels. So long!
