Day 1

Our adventure begins with a guided walk through the vineyards of the Côte de Nuits, followed by a picnic at a secret location. Later we’ll join a talented female winemaker for an intimate tasting. Tonight, enjoy a beautifully prepared dinner by one of our favourite female chefs.

Day 2

Enjoy morning yoga among the vineyards, followed by a scenic walk through the Côte de Beaune and a rare barrel tasting at Domaine du Comte Armand. After a picnic lunch, we’ll explore Beaune with a local chef, culminating in a hands-on cooking experience paired with Burgundy’s finest wines.

Day 3

This morning, we’ll hike through the vineyards of the Cortons, taking in the dramatic views from Pernand-Vergelesses. An intimate picnic lunch follows at Maison Harbour, where the owner shares her passion and remarkable wines. In the evening, a local guide leads us through Beaune’s cobbled lanes and the historic Hospices de Beaune, ending with an exclusive wine tasting.

Day 4

Embark on a scenic walk through Meursault and the Côte de Beaune, eventually reaching an exclusive wine tasting in the famed Montrachets. After a relaxing afternoon at Domaine de Rymska, we’ll join a fascinating barrel coopering workshop, followed by a farm-to-table dinner.

Day 5

Begin the day with a peaceful walk through the vineyards and forests of the Côte Chalonnaise, followed by a leisurely lunch and tasting at the enchanting Château de Couches. After a final yoga class on the hotel grounds, we’ll end the day with an apéritif and a memorable farewell dinner.
