Ride through the storied vineyards of Saint-Émilion before continuing into the rolling countryside of the Dordogne. Along the way, explore the Vézère Valley and a remarkable village carved into limestone cliffs, where caves once sheltered prehistoric communities. Day 1
Leaving Bordeaux behind, ride south into the vineyards of Entre-Deux-Mers along a peaceful rails-to-trails path. We’ll stop at a family-run estate for a relaxed tasting and leisurely lunch among the vines.
Tonight, gather for a welcome dinner at a Classified Grand Cru estate set on clay-limestone hillsides and surrounded by beautiful parkland.

Day 2
Explore Bordeaux’s Right Bank, home to some of the world’s finest Merlots. Visit one of the last remaining flour mills in France, then enjoy a picnic lunch and wine at a private château tied to the Hundred Years’ War.
Later, discover the monastic roots of Saint-Émilion before dinner in this enchanting medieval town.

Day 3
Transfer into the heart of the Périgord Pourpre, riding through rolling Dordogne countryside to the fortified medieval village of Belvès, perched above the Nauze Valley. Enjoy lunch on your own before continuing through the rolling hills to Domaine de Cazenac, your home for the night. This evening, gather for a relaxed BBQ dinner featuring the finest local Dordogne cuisine.

Day 4
Ride into the heart of the Black Périgord, following the Dordogne and Vézère rivers to Les Eyzies, a village carved beneath towering limestone cliffs where prehistoric humans once lived. With a local guide, explore the remarkable caves and rock shelters that reveal this site's ancient history. Continue north along the Vézère to the medieval village of Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère, arriving in Montignac to settle into the elegant Hôtel de Bouilhac.

Day 5
Wind through quiet countryside to Saint-Amand-de-Coly, a village guarded by its centuries-old fortified abbey, where a visit with one of France's last copper craftsmen brings a rare living tradition to life. After lunch at a refined local bistro, enjoy an exclusive private tour of Lascaux IV, the closest and most spectacular way to experience the world's most famous prehistoric cave paintings. Tonight, celebrate the journey with a final dinner from a Michelin-starred chef.
