Day 1

Meet your B&R Guides in Strasbourg and explore the historic quarter on e-bikes, stopping at a former Monastery to learn about the history of Bugatti. Then, pedal through vineyards to reach the workshop of Jean-Charles Spindler, where we’ll learn about woodworking techniques. Tonight, sit down for your first Alsatian meal—light, fresh fare enjoyed at one of our favourite locales.

42 km (26 mi.) morning ride along the Canal de la Bruche and to Boersch | Elevation gain: 369 m (1210 ft.)  

9 km (6 mi.) afternoon ride to Ottrott | Elevation gain: 137 m (449 ft.)

Day 2

We’ll start our ride with a gradual climb through the Vosgien forest, ending at the summit of Monte Sainte Odile for breathtaking views. Continue pedalling to Obernai, a traditional medieval town, where we’ll pause for lunch. Then, set off through Rosheim, passing the Jewish cemetery of Rosenwiller, before we meet with a local historian. Tonight, we’ll dine at an elegant local restaurant offering the best of authentic Alsatian cuisine.

31 km (19 mi.) scenic ride to Mont St.Odile & Obernai | Elevation gain: 618 m (2,027 ft.) 

6 km (4 mi.) express afternoon ride back to Ottrott | Elevation gain: 112 m (367 ft.) 

19 km (12 mi.) ride to Rosheim & Rosenwiller | Elevation gain: 311 m (1,020 ft.)

Day 3

Head south to follow the Route des Vins, pedalling along small winding roads through vineyards and past countless colouful villages. Pause in Scherwiller to meet our friend Paul for a wine-tasting and fresh picnic lunch. Then, we’re off on a peaceful route to the hotel. Tonight, we’ll head to our favourite Winstubs in the heart of Kayserberg for dinner.

57 km (35.4 mi.) ride through the Andlau Valley & Alsatian plain | Elevation gain: 212 m (1574 ft.)

Day 4

Today’s ride brings us through one of the most beautiful corners of Alsace, the northeastern Haut-Rhin. Pedal along winding roads, past vineyards and countless colourful villages hidden amongst the vines. This afternoon, unwind at the hotel before we regroup for dinner at a nearby restaurant.

Day 5

Our morning ride passes through some of the most quintessential villages of Alsace, ending in the picturesque Comar. Cruise along the canal and quiet countryside roads until we reach the hotel. Later this evening, we’ll raise a glass to an incredible week in Alsace and indulge in a fabulous Michelin-starred dinner.

35 km (21 mi.) addition loop ride through the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park including one long hill | Elevation gain: 651 m (2,135 ft.)
