Julie Ritchie; Director, Traveller Relationships
Julie has spent 31 years shaping journeys at B&R; first as a guide on seven continents, later leading some of our most seasoned travellers on unforgettable adventures. She starts each day with yoga and a bike ride, bakes delicious sourdough, and just returned from guiding our legendary Camino de Santiago Walking trip.

Born in Sardinia, Gabriella’s curiosity carried her across Europe and into a career at B&R. After eight years, she still delights in sparking wonder for travellers. When she’s not on the clock, she’s running marathons, cooking up legendary lasagna, or dreaming of showing her kids the magic of Africa.
Mark Harris; Manager, Traveller Relationships
With over a decade at B&R, Mark has a gift for uncovering what fuels each traveller’s wanderlust and a passion for helping our designers weave it into unforgettable journeys. Mornings find him racing on his bike, while afternoons often involve dreaming up his next adventure, or reminiscing about his most recent journey to Japan’s southernmost island of Kyushu.
