Quality Assurance

  • Hopefully it goes without saying, but the most important way in which we are going to make you look good is by running extraordinary trips and sending back joyous clients.
  • We stand behind the quality of our trips, and will go further than almost anyone else in the industry in resolving any client issues reasonably and quickly.


  • We will assign you as agent of record when you bring a client to B&R, thus protecting your future commissions and B&R business.
  • Commissions are paid in a timely manner, within 30 days of the time of departure.
  • Net rates are available to our preferred partners for our Bespoke departures, just ask us for details!


  • At any time, we are delighted to provide training virtually or in person.
  • From time to time, FAM trips will be available so that you can experience B&R first-hand.

  • We have established our first Travel Professional Advisory Board to ensure that the needs of the agency community are being properly addressed.
