Account Troubleshooting
This might mean you don’t have an account yet on our new platform.
If you haven’t travelled with us since July 2024, you’ll need to create a new My B&R account instead of resetting your password.
What to do:
- Try creating a new account using the email address you gave us when booking.
- If you’re sure you already have an account:
- Double-check the email address you entered.
- Look in your junk/spam folder for an email from support@butterfield.com.
- If you're still having issues, please contact us for assistance.
It might be in your junk or spam folder.
What to do:
- Click “Resend verification email” on the login page.
- Check your junk/spam folder.
- If you’re using a work email address, your company’s IT team may need to release the email from quarantine.
- You can also try using a personal email address (please contact us if you use a different address than the one we have on file).
- If you're still having issues, please contact us for assistance.
This usually happens when your My B&R account was created with a different email address than the one we have on file.
What to do:
- Confirm the email address you used to create your account.
- If it’s different from the one you used to book your trip, contact us and we’ll connect your new account to your travel history.
- If you see your upcoming trips, but not your past trips, please contact us for help.
What to do:
- Go to the My B&R login page and click “Forgot password”.
- If you don’t receive an email, and it’s not in your junk/spam folder, you likely don’t have an account and will need to create a new one.
- If you're still unsure, please contact us and we’ll check for you.
This might mean you already have an account with that email address.
What to do:
- Try logging in instead of creating a new account.
- If you’ve forgotten your password, select “Forgot Password” on the sign-in page to reset it.
- If you’re still getting an error message after trying these steps, please contact us.

Welcome to My B&R — your personal hub for all things Butterfield & Robinson. Whether you're browsing future journeys or getting ready for an upcoming trip, your account is designed to make it easy.
With My B&R, you can:
- Manage your trips – Access your bookings, itineraries, and trip details all in one place.
- Update your profile – Keep your personal information and travel preferences up to date for a smooth experience.
- Explore new journeys – Browse itineraries and find inspiration for what's next.
- Build your wishlist – Save trips that catch your eye and share them with friends or family.
Each trip has two main sections:
- Pre-Trip Checklist: Select your bike and equipment options, upload travel documents, sign your trip waiver, access payment and insurance details, and more.
- Trip Details: View your itinerary and other key trip details such as meeting points, activity level, packing list, and more.
Your Pre-Trip Checklist helps ensure we have all the details needed for your upcoming trip. You can update it at any time before departure, but we ask that you complete it as early as possible.
- Access your My B&R account using the Sign In icon at the top right corner of any Butterfield & Robinson webpage, or access it directly from an email.
- Under My Trips, select your upcoming trip to review the required items under Pre-Trip Checklist on the left-hand side.
- A red exclamation mark indicates sections that still need to be completed.
- Complete each section – your progress will save automatically as you go.
- If you haven’t booked your travel arrangements yet, you may leave the Arrival & Departure section blank and update it once confirmed.
- Each guest over the age of 18 must create their own My B&R account and complete their own checklist.
- For any guests under the age of 18, select the Children on Trip tab under the Pre-Trip Checklist.
- If you don't see this section, or if you notice any guests that are missing, please contact us.
- Access your My B&R account using the Sign In icon at the top right corner of any Butterfield & Robinson webpage, or via a direct link from an email.
- Under My Trips, select the upcoming trip for which you’d like to make payment.
- Select the Payments tab under the Pre-Trip Checklist.
- Note that only traveller that made the booking can see the Payments tab. If you do not see this section, please contact us.
- Select See Detailed Invoice.
- Access your My B&R account using the Sign In icon at the top right corner of any Butterfield & Robinson webpage, or via a direct link from an email.
- Under My Trips, select the upcoming trip for which you’d like to make payment.
- Select the Payments tab under the Pre-Trip Checklist.
- Note that only the traveller that made the booking can see the Payments tab. If you do not see this section, please contact us.
- Agree to the Terms & Conditions before proceeding.
- Select your Payment Method (credit card, wire or cheque).
- Under Authorize Payment, select Yes.
Once authorized, your Travel Coordinator will process your final payment on the due date listed on your invoice.
If you’d like to pay in advance or have any special requests regarding your payment, please contact your Travel Coordinator.
We require all travellers to sign and date a Waiver prior to each trip, and we’re unable to welcome you on trips until this has been completed. One signed Waiver is required for each B&R trip that you take.
- Access your My B&R account via the Sign In icon at the top right corner of any Butterfield & Robinson webpage, or directly from an email link.
- Under My Trips, select the upcoming trip for which you’d like to sign your waiver.
- Select the Waiver tab under the Pre-Trip Checklist.
- Sign and date the waiver, then select Complete.
- Wait for the confirmation message: “Document verified and saved successfully”.
- You’ll receive a copy of the signed waiver in your inbox.
