Born and bred in Burgundy, Eugénie brings both deep local roots and decades of on-the-ground experience to every journey she designs. Since joining B&R in 2005, she has guided and explored almost every corner of France, developing an intimate understanding of her own country’s diverse regions—with particular expertise in Burgundy, Champagne, Provence, the French Riviera, and, of course, Paris. For Eugénie, the ultimate measure of a successful trip is simple: that travellers leave already dreaming of their return. A true local, she draws on a remarkable network of winemakers, chefs, and artists to open doors beyond the obvious and reveal the soul of each destination. She describes Burgundy as her playground, and her itineraries reflect that spirit—authentic, immersive, and always infused with a sense of fun.
