I've always wanted to bike over the Karakoram Highway from Pakistan to Tibet, the highest paved international road, with sections over 15,000 feet! I imagine I might have to wait a couple of years—but I’ve got patience.
Nathan constructed an itinerary that immersed us in a region of Italy that was new to us, and after seven wonderful days we left with a deep appreciation for the land, people, food and especially the wine of Puglia.
