The Temples of Angkor
The spectacular ancient Khmer temples at Angkor comprise one of the most impressive and well-preserved temple complexes in the world. Finally, thanks to Cambodia’s political stability and the creation of such high-end accommodations as the Grand Hotel d’Angkor—which we have chosen as our journey’s base—the timing is perfect to visit this magical site. That’s why we created this “post-trip” to our Vietnam Biking trip, dedicating two full days to temple exploration. When you’ve already come this far, Angkor simply should not be missed.

Discover the temples of Bayon and Angkor Wat with our local guide, arriving by traditional means—elephants, before hopping on our bikes to follow trails lined by a jungle of silk cotton and fig trees.
Explore the wild jungle temple of Ta Prohm, and bike through the park, passing the temples of Bayon, Angkor Wat, the Elephant Terrace and the gates of Angkor Thom.
Enjoy a final breakfast together at the hotel before saying farewell and meeting your international connections.
