B&R EXPERT

Christina Cain

Enthusiastic Oenophile

With a love of biking, an infectious energy and a wealth of travel experience, Christina was practically made to be a B&R Trip Designer. While she's guided all across Europe and Asia and now calls the Canary Islands home, Italy remains her truest love, where she lived for 10 years and became an internationally certified sommelier.

Regions of Expertise

  • SICILY
  • TUSCANY

  • PUGLIA

NEED TO KNOW

  • Moved to the Canary Islands after randomly pointing to a spot on the map (yes, really)
  • Her four-year-old can speak English, Spanish and Italian, and she knows a few Swahili songs (Jambo Bwana, anyone?)
  • Is NOT Pippi Longstockings, but she gets that a lot

Get in Touch!

Our Trip Designers would love to hear from you. Drop us a line and we’ll get back to you soon.

I can’t remember if it was my dad's bravery for bringing three teenagers to New York City or to Tijuana, Mexico that actually did it for me, but either way the (travel) seed was planted early on.

Accolades

We were simply blown away by our trip and have so many positive things to say I hardly know where to begin. I'm not sure which one (or maybe it's you) was responsible for attending to every last detail, but truly nothing was missed, right down to a drum salute at the monastery! Really over the top.

— Sandra Keegan

This was a trip of a lifetime and that is saying a lot considering our age and how much we've travelled. Each day was another fabulous surprise despite our having the itinerary. Constant extras like the gelato tasting and tour in Pienze, the wine tasting in San Felice (which wasn't a winery but a restored beautiful town) flag throwers at our final dinner... oh my. Magnificent is too small a word.
