Wine Grand Journey
A Taste of the Exceptional

The vineyards of PiemonteFor decades, we’ve been in the business of creating unforgettable travel experiences throughout the world. On occasion, though, we propose the extraordinary—a rare opportunity that, for a certain audience, should not be missed. This is one of those moments.

Our Wine Grand Journey reads like an oenophile’s wish list: four days in Bordeaux, three days in Piemonte, Italy, and three days in Burgundy. The itinerary is devoted to exclusive tours and tasting some of the world’s most spectacular vintages, in addition to a host of activities geared to keep the body and mind as active as our taste buds. All the while we’ll be keeping company with wine connoisseurs and world class authorities, indulging in Michelin-starred dining, and enjoying all the comforts of the regions’ finest accommodations.

We travel by private jet to our destinations and enjoy the services of three B&R guides, each of whom is a local expert in their own right. Naturally, our itinerary encompasses a diversity of activities, from exploring the world beneath St. Emilion, to truffle hunting with a dog (yes, really), private tours to museums, and an exclusive glimpse at some Roman sites that aren’t open to the public. First and foremost, though, this journey is about the wine.

BordeauxWe’ve arranged exclusive access to a number of wine domains, most of which would never permit such entry. While the scope of private tours and vertical wine tastings are too numerous to name here, a sampling of our itinerary includes the Domain Armand Rousseau in Burgundy, Chateau Pichon Longueville in Pauillac and Chateau Lafite Rothschild in Bordeaux, and Podere Rocche dei Manzoni in Piemonte. Trust us when we say that there are many, many more.

Appropriately, our accommodations combine the old world elegance of two Relais & Châteaux properties (Cordeillan-Bages and Hostellerie de Plaisance) and their Michelin-starred chefs, Il Boscaretto, a contemporary five-star hotel in Piemonte, and a charming boutique hotel in the medieval town of Beaune. Expert presentations, entertaining discussions, cooking lessons and, let’s not forget given that this is a B&R adventure, there will be daily cycling and walking options, too.

Exclusive? Yes. And limited. Only 12 openings are available, so if this once in a lifetime opportunity appeals to your passions, the time is now.
