Food & Wine
Think global. Eat local.
We could talk about accolades, world-renowned chefs and fine wines, but that would somewhat miss the point. The best food is always local: whether it’s a Michelin-starred, multi-course extravaganza, fresh fish at a seaside cantina, or a tray of tapas onboard your private yacht—we find the very best a region has to offer, and celebrate it. Every journey has a flavour, every place a taste. From fejoada to kaiseki, we delve into the edible heart of the matter. As for wine, we stay far, far away from the cartoon wines (as we like to call them). We sniff out the very best artisanal wines the region has to offer. And don’t be surprised when we introduce you to the vintner!

New Zealand Biking 2010
“The wine tasting at a New Zealand winery paired with great local delicacies was very informative and great fun. Let’s not forget the sunset helicopter tour of Queenstown along with a touch down and view from the Remarkables, then a tram ride down to the town before a magnificent dinner. Life doesn't get much better than that.”

Piemonte Walking 2009
“We never got tired of looking at hillsides of vineyards, hazelnut groves and chestnut forests with the Alps in the far distance—it was beautiful. The food and wine culture are so interrelated in this region, and the guides worked hard to teach us about everything. B&R should be very proud of the excellent job that these guides do.”
