Whenever we ask one of our travellers to describe what makes us different, we get the same reaction: they get quite excited, and insist they’d never travel with anyone else. But the right words are tough to find. Eventually, they start talking about all the things we don’t write about in our brochures or itineraries; the intangibles; the “amazing moments,” if you will.
